i told my momma about my blog idea of capturing various looks and she said it was self-indulgent and that i shouldn't be so vain. these were my own fears! however, i think it may be a bit of a generational thing, because i have gotten good feedback from friends. hm. well, here is an outfit from last week anyway. i adore using colorful accessories to make an entirely black outfit more fun.

ok people, are you ready for the girl who never blogs to jump right in? i am doing so right at this moment and am even attaching a photo of my new haircut.
if you know me at all, you know that i don't DO boring hair. not ever. and so, i am trying to work with this new look and decide if it is funky monkey enough for me or if i need more choppy layers added. since i am the Last Woman On Earth without a digicam (officially), this photo was taken by my computer and maybe doesn't give you the best representation of the real deal. my apologies.
i will, of course, keep you updated on how things progress with the hair. i know you're interested.
